Our Ultra-Thick Solid Bleached Paperboard is engineered for projects that demand serious stiffness, a flawless pure white surface, and grammage from 400 GSM all the way up to 2000 GSM. Whether you need a 1mm board or a 3mm rigid sheet, this product delivers consistent density, clean die-cutting edges, and outstanding print results.

Most white paperboards show a grey or brown core when cut. Ours is solid bleached all the way through – from top to bottom, edge to edge. No discoloration. No visible layers. Just pure white, even after creasing or folding.

And the thickness? Starting at 400 GSM (≈0.55mm) and going up to 2000 GSM (≈3.0mm), this board replaces many plastic sheets or wood-based materials in packaging and structural applications. It is rigid, durable, yet still lightweight enough to keep shipping costs reasonable.
